The History of T98
From a young age I've been a very passionate car enthusiast. My love for detailing started with my own first car obsessively keeping it clean. Over time friends and family members reached out to me to clean their own vehicles. Word of mouth quickly spread about my attention to detail and consistency. I then branded my name and became official.
Over the years I've invested tens of thousands of hours perfecting my craft, investing in trainings around the country, learning the chemistry and know how, and obtaining the finest in tools and chemicals to offer the best possible results. I've built incredible client and community relationships. I've teamed up, referred, and worked with detailers and businesses of many kinds all over to develop a network of car care solutions.
Just recently I've relocated to a new HVAC shop and partnered with a long time friend to offer paint protection film, window tinting, paint corrections, ceramic coatings, and detailing under one roof. Currently, T98 is a one man operation focused on consistent knowledge driven quality. My goals are to continue to grow the brand, my knowledge, skills, potentially build a team, and perhaps open a second location.

At T98 we offer a variety of packages and services to cater to many needs and budgets. To simplify price shopping for potential customers without wasting time, I list my starting prices in packages. We are happy to offer custom packages for specialized needs. We highly encourage you to reach out and discuss options to ensure your money is properly spent on your specific wants and needs, or if you are uneducated in the world of detailing. Consultations are free.

Where can I find pricing?
I have 24/7 publicly posted packages available on my website and Facebook page. All first time vehicles are subject to free consultations. Whether in person or over the phone via pictures. Though I have various packages to choose from, every vehicle/boat/etc. is subject to a different life and conditions. I am a strong believer in establishing strong communication with every client to give them the most knowledge possible on making the appropriate choices for their specific needs.

I am a one man owner/operator business. The best way to reach me is by text as I'm not always available to answer the phone immediately.

Do you offer same day availability?
Yes and no. Premium professional detailing takes vast amounts of time and depending on the time of year I rarely have same day openings. Typically same week openings can be accommodated, but there are times where I can be weeks out. Its free to ask though!

What is a ceramic coating?
Ceramic coating on a car is applied in liquid form, cures, and then hardens to protect the paintwork against the elements and adds shine over the life span of the ceramic coat. When it hardens, it forms a hard, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant coating. These glass-like protective coatings bond to the substrate to which they are applied. The ceramic coating is the sacrificial layer and enhances the appearance and mechanical performance of the substrate it is bonded to.
My offerings include complete exterior coatings for all surfaces, and some interior options as well.
Our Standard coating is rated for a realistic 3 year lifespan and has been tested in real world conditions. The second option is a marine grade 5 year rated coating. Marine grade is 2.5x the concentration of a regular automotive coating, but can be applied to cars, boats, rvs, etc. Gel coat found on boats and RVS is very porous causing the need for a more concentrated formula. I recommend this version to vehicles stored out doors and those exposed to local plant and marine environments for its increased durability and corrosion resistance.
A ceramic coating WILL NOT stop rock chips or scratches. A Coating is a chemical install. Paint protection film is a physical material install and is the only thing that can stop/resist impact damages. We do offer this service. Find more info under our FAQ tab.
How long do they last? The last few years the industry has blown up with countless brands and claims of coatings. At T98 I sell tested and proven results. This sets up realistic expectations. In my years of detailing I have never seen a coating last more than 5 years on a daily driven vehicle and stay healthy. These insane claims of 7-10 years and lifetime durability are all marketing scams. If you do research many of these businesses have not been open for the lifespan of their claims. A coating is only as good as the care you put into your vehicle. Regular hand washing is required to keep the daily filth and environmental debris from baking into your vehicles finish. It does not matter if you wax, seal, coat, or wrap your rides. If you don't take care of them no amount of money you invest or products you use will make a difference. Don't worry though, at T98 apart of our coating process is the extremely thorough maintenance regime. I give you all the tips, tricks, videos, and product links you will ever need to take care of your coated toys at home saving you money and time! I do offer maintenance cleanings if you desire, and I can also set up you with reputable mobile detailers in your area to keep your ride pristine.

What is Paint Protection Film or PPF?
Think of PPF as the screen protector on your smart phone, but for your paint. Ceramic and self healing warranted film installs at 8 mils of thickness protects your vehicles finishes from road debris, UV rays that cause fading, stains, bird droppings, tar, sap, scuffs, swirls, and scratches. We have underwent a private 3 day training, use the latest software, and plotters. This allows us to install perfect fitments and make the film as invisible and seamless as possible. The 10 year warranty covers fading, cracking, and yellowing of the film material.
This service is pricey due to the cost of material, software, tools, and the tedious nature of the installs. Due to ever changing car designs pricing is custom, though we do our best to be as fair and competitive as possible.
We offer anything from partial installs such as door cups, gloss pillars, bumpers only to full front end impact prone areas, and all the way to full car coverage and interior components.
